Originally hired as an opening Engineer and Installer in 1989, I returned to Disney as the club’s Technical Crew Chief/Audio Engineer in late 1999, then to Tech Scheduler in April 2000. Duties included taking a part in the rehab of the Rock-n-Roll Beach Club audio system, Front of House Audio or Monitors for a variety of National acts on the West End Stage (Christina Aguilera, Styx, B-52’s, Kool & the Gang, Robert Palmer, Squeeze, Blessed Union of Souls, and many others), Pleasure Island Jazz Company, and eventually scheduling all technicians for all conventions and events.

Started as Monitor Engineer in December ‘90 with Ricky and rose through his managerial ranks by early ‘92 to become Production Manager first, and then Road Manager while still being Monitor Engineer and occasional Guitar Tech, pending on the need at that time. Duties included 17 members on the road, 2 trucks, and 2 buses for 110 shows a year around the world. All varieties of venues and crews were dealt with during these times.
